My impression of the goddess Hathor comes from an oracle card I saw long ago, where she was depicted as possessing abundant maternal energy, with milk flowing from her breasts and a head of thick black hair. This portrayal, which touches on the primal state of life, makes her feel somewhat distant and difficult to approach.
After watching the depiction of the goddess Hathor in the movie “Gods of Egypt,” I found her appearance to be very much in line with modern aesthetics.
